1. Shipping and handling: $10.95 per box in continguous U.S.
2. Please call for rates to Alaska and for express shipping.
3. Sorry, we cannot ship to Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
4. All orders received by 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday will ship out that week.  All orders received after 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday will ship out the beginning of the following week.
5. ASAP orders usually arrive between 7 and 10 days.
6. Last date to order for Thanksgiving is November 16th.
7. Last date to order for Hanukkah is November 22nd.
8. Last date to order for Christmas is December 14th.
