1. Shipping and handling: $10.95 per box in contiguous U.S.
2. Please call for rates to Alaska and for express shipping.
3. Sorry, we cannot ship to Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
4. All orders received by 5:00 P.M. on Monday will ship out that week.  All orders received after 5:00 P.M. on Monday will ship out  the following week.
5. ASAP orders usually arrive between 7 and 10 days.
6. Last date to order for Thanksgiving is November 13th. (November 12th for Canadian orders)
7. Last date to order for Hanukkah is November 27nd.
8. Last date to order for Christmas is December 14th.  (December 10th for Canadian orders)
