Shipping and handling: $10.95 per box in continguous U.S.
Please call for rates to Alaska and for express shipping.
Sorry, we cannot ship to Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
All orders received by 5:00 P.M. on Monday will ship out that week. All orders received after 5:00 P.M. on Monday will ship out the beginning of the following week.
ASAP orders usually arrive between 7 and 10 days.
